Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 10, 2026

This Privacy Policy describes how AB Technologies Holdings Corp, a Delaware corporation doing business as Kalco (“Kalco,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), collects, uses, and discloses information when you use trykalco.com and any related applications and services (collectively, the “Service”).

PLEASE READ THIS CAREFULLY. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, PLEASE DO NOT USE THE SERVICE.

The Short Version

  • We collect financial account information so we can show you what your debt actually costs and how to pay it off faster.
  • We do not sell your personal information.
  • We do not share your financial information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
  • We cannot move money. Our access to your financial accounts is read-only.
  • You can disconnect your accounts or delete your data at any time.

This summary is for convenience. The full policy below governs.

1. Information We Collect

A. Information You Provide

Account information. When you create an account, we collect your email address. Depending on how you use the Service, we may also collect your name and phone number.

Debt information you enter manually. If you add debts by hand, we collect the information you provide: creditor name, balance, interest rate, minimum payment, and due date.

Communications. If you contact us for support, we collect your email address and whatever information you include in your message.

B. Financial Account Information

When you choose to connect a financial account, we collect information about that account from your financial institution (“Account Data”), including:

  • Account type, name, and institution
  • Current and statement balances
  • Interest rates (APRs)
  • Minimum payment amounts and due dates
  • Loan details, including repayment plan type and loan status
  • Transaction history, including interest and fee charges

We access this information through Plaid Inc. (“Plaid”). Plaid connects to your financial institution on your behalf and transmits the information to us. When you connect an account, you also agree to Plaid’s End User Privacy Policy at https://plaid.com/legal.

Our access is read-only. We cannot initiate transactions, move funds, or make changes to your accounts.

We do not store your bank login credentials. Those are handled by Plaid and never reach our systems.

C. Information Collected Automatically

Device information. IP address, browser type and version, operating system, device identifiers, and screen size.

Usage information. Pages and features you use, time spent, dates and times of access, referring pages, error logs, and how you interact with emails we send.

Approximate location. We may derive an approximate location (city, state, ZIP) from your IP address.

D. Information From Other Sources

We receive information from our service providers — for example, subscription status from our payment processor and security signals from our infrastructure providers.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

  • provide the Service, including calculating payoff projections, interest costs, and repayment plans;
  • create and manage your account;
  • process payments and manage your subscription;
  • send you operational messages about your account, security, and billing;
  • send you progress updates and product communications you have not opted out of;
  • respond to your support requests;
  • analyze usage to improve the accuracy, reliability, and usability of the Service;
  • detect, investigate, and prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents;
  • comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.

Aggregated and De-Identified Information

We may aggregate and de-identify information so it can no longer reasonably be linked to you or your device. We may use this information to develop, improve, and evaluate our products — for example, to improve the accuracy of our debt detection and projection models, or to publish general research about consumer debt.

We will not attempt to re-identify de-identified information, and we do not sell it.

3. Cookies and Similar Technologies

We and our service providers use cookies, local storage, tracking pixels, and similar technologies to:

  • keep you signed in and remember your preferences;
  • understand how the Service is used so we can improve it;
  • measure the performance of our marketing;
  • secure the Service and prevent fraud.

You can configure your browser to block or notify you about cookies. If you block them, some features may not work.

4. Analytics and Advertising

Analytics. We use third-party analytics services to understand how the Service is used and to identify problems. These providers collect usage and device information on our behalf.

Advertising. We may work with third-party advertising partners to promote the Service on other websites and applications, and we may in the future display advertising within the Service. These partners may use cookies and similar technologies to measure the performance of our advertising and to show you relevant ads.

Where advertising is concerned, the following always applies:

  • We do not share your Account Data or any other financial information with advertising partners.
  • We do not sell your personal information.

To learn about interest-based advertising generally and your choices, you can visit the Network Advertising Initiative’s opt-out page, the Digital Advertising Alliance’s opt-out page, or your device’s advertising settings.

Do Not Track. Because there is no industry consensus on how to interpret Do Not Track signals, we do not currently respond to them.

5. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your financial information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Corporate transactions. If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will provide notice before your information becomes subject to a different privacy policy.

With your consent or at your direction. We share information with third parties when you ask us to or when you have otherwise consented.

6. How We Protect Your Information

We use a range of safeguards designed to protect your information, including:

  • encryption of data in transit and at rest;
  • access controls limiting who can access production systems;
  • multi-factor authentication on administrative accounts;
  • monitoring and logging of system activity;
  • a written information security program with a designated individual responsible for it.

We minimize what we store. We retain the derived information necessary to provide the Service — your debts, balances, rates, and calculated projections. Where practical, we retrieve detailed transaction information from your financial institution when needed rather than storing it.

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately at support@trykalco.com.

7. Retention and Deletion

We retain your information while your account is active.

When you disconnect a financial account, we stop retrieving new data from it and delete the associated Account Data.

You may delete your account at any time in your account settings.

We collect the following categories of personal information: identifiers (email, name, IP address); commercial information (subscription and transaction history); financial information (account balances, interest rates, payment obligations); internet activity (usage of the Service); and geolocation data (approximate, derived from IP address).

Financial account information is treated as sensitive personal information under California law. We use it only to provide the Service you requested and for the purposes described in this policy.
